This Year @ Becoming Homes

2018 signals an exciting change and opportunity for Becoming Homes. With nine years experience as a landlord and having managed a portfolio of HMO properties, we have switched focus to concentrate on commercial conversion property development.

To ensure success with this new model, Paul regularly attends a twelve month ‘Take AIM’ mastermind program with Glenn Delve – a seasoned commercial to residential property developer.

In order to widen his network, you will often see Paul at monthly networking events in and around Bristol.

• Launch of Netwalking Goal and Mastermind Group
• Commercial Conversion Mastermind Group
• Regular networking events
• Scouting for potential commercial conversion development opportunities

July – September:

• Sourced and exchanged on a commercial property

October – March:

• Source and exchange on five further conversion projects

Our Five Year 2022 Goal:

• To own and manage five city centre commercial conversions to serviced apartment blocks (50 units in total)
• To have sold 120 homes after completing 17 commercial conversions
• To have invested profits into ten 21st century co-living spaces (60 rooms in total. High quality HMOs)
