Paul BondRunning a web development company may sound very different to property development, but the skill set for each are surprisingly similar: effective management of people and teams at each stage of development are essential skills for both careers. With these qualities and the experience of growing his portfolio of HMO houses, Paul now focuses primarily on redeveloping commercial property into modern, high quality residential apartments. To assure his success, and alongside other activities, Paul is now a member of Glenn Delve's Take AIM Commercial to Residential Mastermind group.

Claire BondWith a wealth of experience in finance and administration, Claire is mainly office based, overseeing the day to day operations and ensuring everything is delivered on plan and to time. Claire's attention to detail, no-nonsense attitude and organised work ethic makes her an indispensable member of the team (and Paul's wife).
